Andrew O'Donnell

Dr. Andrew O'Donnell, PhD is the Founder and CEO of Core Wrk. He brings over a decade of experience conducting strategic operations at one of the largest data, technology, and analytics companies for the insurance industry. He has also been a Schwinn Certified Indoor Cycling instructor in the Boston area since 2018. Through his professional experiences in operations and fitness, he has seen numerous examples of how operational rigor could benefit practitioners and businesses in the fitness and wellness industry. His vision is to provide trusted operational consulting services to fitness and wellness practitioners so they can spend less time worrying about how to setup and operate their business and more time focusing on how to provide an excellent experience to their customers.

Andrew earned his graduate degree in probabilistic risk analysis at the University of Notre Dame. While working on his degree, he competed on the Notre Dame Cycling Team and was an officer primarily involved in obtaining sponsorships and ensuring the team had adequate funding to compete throughout the country. The team was very successful, winning 4 consecutive Midwestern Collegiate Cycling Conference Championships. During his final year, he and his teammates earned Bronze in the Team Time Trial at the Collegiate Cycling National Championships.
